one of my favorite movies Tommy Gibbs started out as a nobody made his way through the streets of Harlem and made a name for himself black Caesar played by iconic Fred Williamson they tried to take him out in broad daylight but he survived by getting away and recovering coming up with a plan to take out the Mafia and the corrupt cops that ruled over Harlem together they killed his wife and other people he knew so him and others traveled to the island where they all where relaxing and killed them hitman style now he owns Harlem and protecting the community

1940 new Orleans gangster name jd Walker played by actor David McKnight jr was murdered in 1942 and his sister by people they thought was their friends but they set them up now and they covered it up all them years hes looking for revenge on all of them by taking over the body of law student named isaac played by the legendary Glynn turman who got hipmotized in the club on stage he started changing around friends and family members doing strange things Issac started tracking down the building where it all went down at and people that were involved and covered it up

after spending five years in prison he got out and decided to go on another path to become a legend to make quick cash so john Goldie mickens played by icon max julien traveled to Oakland California came up with a plan to take over the streets from other Hustler's and put them out of business his pimp style had all ladies leaving their pimps for him making so many enemies that wanted to take him out of the picture for good but the ones that was with him was his biggest enemies especially when they started talking to the police about everything his downfall had him leaving all together

the movie already has iconic cast of people put together to create this film it's about local numbers runner who lives in abandoned warehouse he's in to other hustles especially scamming people now he started teaching others in the community that really need money but older brother don't approve of it at all so he decided to help them instead of starving but big real estate coming in and tearing down the community pushing families out of the neighborhoods so they all came together to fight and stop big real estate from destroying the rest of the community that's how real life is big real estate companies are doing that making it hard for people to afford living in the state where they grew up having to move away
